I spent my childhood traveling around Chile as a missionary kid. My mom kept boxes of photos throughout that time and we would often spend hours looking back on them - they felt like an anchor to those moments and the homes and people I missed. I've been obsessed with photos ever since, and for my 17th birthday my dad sold his beloved guitar to buy me my first camera. Through the years since and as I've raised my 3 children, photographs have kept me grounded to who I've been, who I am right now, and allow me to keep the faces of my loved ones fresh in my memory. The photos I love best are the ones where we look like *us*, and you can see the emotions radiating out of them. I want to give you that same gift.
